Overall, I would say I enjoyed school, but there were some classes (or classmates) that I wasn’t particularly fond of.

As a nerd with least sense of fashion I was often bullied by the popular kids in the girls’ school I attended for 12 years. When I did not share my homework with any of the popular kids or spoke up against any of them then I would be boycotted for months. It was since then that I learned to enjoy solitude. For my A-levels I changed school and there were boys and girls in this second school, most of them friendly nerds. I got along very well. There was so much more pressure academically during these 2 years of high school, but thanks to my then classmates I had a lovely time.
Wrt courses I enjoyed most of them, though I really wish that the history teachers made a bit of effort in teaching history by telling stories rather than making us underline texts to memorise for GCSE. But my worst memory of school teacher was my Physics teacher from that mean girls school. She relentlessly taunted me and other students who were quiet, who were not part of her “fan club”. She made me hate and be afraid of Physics for years. It was only after changing school for A-levels equivalent that I found Physics nice again, and it was my Bachelors onwards that I started enjoying Physics again.
