      Probably, everybody uses maths in some way in their day to day life (even if they don’t notice). I also like that maths can be a universal language (2 =2 in most countries) that gives everyone something in common

      Just like Fiona says, we all use maths and it is one of the most universal languages. Maths can also be used to describe the world and people (in a simplified way) so we’re all connected by maths in some way.
