      There are a lot of ways that Maths can help us understand biology. We can use maths, algoritms and equations to consider lots of different things for example:
      – How patterns form on the skin of animals (e.g. tigers stripes, leopards spots)
      – How quickly something will grow and the shape it will have (this is useful in cancer research)
      – How cells signal to each other
      – How animals will move and interact with each other (this is useful when thinking about spread of disease)
      These are just a few examples, but their are loads more
