Question: Our science class is doing a dissection of a pigs heart tomorrow, what kind of transferable diseases are there on a pigs heart?

It is unlikely that the pig hearts you will be dissecting are unsafe. Also as long as you wear protective gloves, wash your hands afterwards and don’t eat anything you are unlikely to be affected.
