Stop flying… and then either stop driving or start driving an all electric car. Eating less meat is a good one too and in general trying to eat local and in season foods.
Oh an insulating your house as well as possible.

avoid high carbon transport, e.g. flying
use only recyclable packaging
recognize problem cannot be solved by indivduals alone. it need government action
