Question: what type of exercise do you do

If you mean physical exercise then not much at the moment! I used to run/walk a lot, but I have not been super motivated lately

I used to do fencing once, then I decided to put it aside to stay more time with my family as the sessions were going in the evening. Unfortunately I haven’t done much since then, but I should start doing some running or biking to get myself in a better shape

lifting weights in the gym, biking, skating, walking
sometimes swimming and running (should do more!) -

Jiujitsu related, which includes rolling, crunches, sit-ups, push-ups, planking, slight weight-lifting, and stretching
